Groundswell 2026 will take place on 1-2 July at Lannock Farm, near Hitchen, Hertfordshire, about an hour north of London.
The event opens from 7am until midnight on both days, with camping available from the evening of 30 June. Organisers provide shuttle buses from Stevenage station and expect thousands of visitors to attend.
This year’s programme is expected to include technical workshops, machinery demonstrations, livestock discussions and policy debates focused on regenerative farming systems.
Sessions will cover topics including soil health, cover crops, agroforestry, grazing systems, water management and agri-tech. Demonstration stands, trial plots and livestock displays are also planned.
The event has become known for blending practical farming content with broader environmental and commercial discussions. Exhibitors will include machinery manufacturers, environmental businesses, advisers and farming organisations.
Industry organisations are already announcing appearances. The Country Land and Business Association says it will host roundtables and discussions featuring speakers including Ben Goldsmith and Professor Sir John Lawton.
